Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Conflict of interest
My company has submitted a proposal bid for work to be done for another company. I have a rough knowledge as to what our company proposal bid is. If I were to quit and and generate my own company and submit a bid, then win the bid, would I be liable for conflict of interest or any other liable charges?
