Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Consulting Agreement
I have a Consulting Agreement that expires in Aug, 2009 that states: Consultant shall be available for consultation for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Does this mean they're obligated to pay for 20 hours of work, even if 20 hours worth of work wasn't provided by them?

Re: Consulting Agreement
I suppose you could argue that, but the language doesn't mean that. It means irrespective of whether you are actually consulted, you have 20 hours each week that you can give them.
