if you have a contract to deliver on a set day and they dont pick it up does that void the contract

What equals concellation of a contract is very fact specific. But, generally, failure to pick up ion the date, does nto usually mean that the contract is void, unless both parties agree to it. Your posting was confusing. You said there was duty of the seller to deliver the goods, and then talk about the buyer not picking them up.
