In many situations there is no requirement that anyone sign the contract, but the people to be bound by it. Unless one of the parties denies executing an agreement, there is little need for anyone to witness the parties execution (signing) an agreement. But, there are some instanceswhere an agreement must be witnesses, if not authenticated by a notary, You may wish to consult directly with an attorney in your area, to see if yours is an agreement that needs a witness.
Good luck
