can a dealer sell me a car without telling me it was previously wrecked?

If they knew it had been totalled or severely dmaged,and knew tha tyou did nto knwo about it, they re repsonsibile to tell you, i fthe damge is not apparent. This is even mroe true if they took any steps to conceal or repair the damage.
