Embezzlement from corporation to corporation
We had a person handling our companies financial acct. and deposited our checks into his corporation the check were for payments on jobs we had done. Now this person is dead, can we file charges against the others of his corporation for having knowledge and trying to hide it?Also how do we retreive our monies?

First, I believe that you should speak with the local law enforcement authorities about the possibility of pressing charges. Second, I would hire an attorney to send a very specific demand for all money due to your corporation together with documentation and a warning that litigation will follow if payment is not forthcoming.
