Ending a Limited Liability Corporation

I currently own a bed & Breakfast that is a LLC, with my husband. We are selling it and want to know how to end the LLC?

You will need to follow the documentation that is contained in the paperwork you filed with the secretary of state's office relating to how and under what circumstances the LLC can be dissolved. There will also be paperwork that will need to be filed with the state and under certain circumstances publication of the dissolution may need to be filed. You should take your paperwork to an attorney and consult directly with him/her in order to make sure you do it properly. Good luck.
