Foriegn LLC registration procedure

My brother wants to register an LLC in US (preferably in MO) it would be a software consultancy which he would run from abroad. I would like to know the procudure to follow to register it for him. I mean what kind of forms do i have to fill and where to get it registered and an approxiamate cost for that if you could come up with that.

I should be able to help you, but I am getting ready to leave on a trip for the next 2 or 3 days.

You will need to file Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State and prepare an Operating Agreement for the company's operations.

Is your brother overseas on a temporary or permanent arrangement? Will you be a part of the LLC, or are you prepared to act as the registered agent as the point of contact for the LLC?
