I have heard about free government grants, are they all scams? How do i tell? Does anyone qualify?

Re: ''free money''
In order to get a government grant you have to file the proper paperwork and compete against a bunch of other people who want the same grant. The process is arduous. The people who make the money are the people who sell this "Free money" stuff. Anything that sounds too good to be true, usually is. The same is true here. If you buy one of those kits off the TV or radio, you'll be throwing your moeny away. The real likelihood of you getting one of those grants is roughly the same as the Kansas City Chiefs getting back to the superbowl with the second string and a head coach who's dyslexic.
Save your money.
