Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I have a friend who currently holds a note on a house and some property. The deed is in her name(the note holder) and 2 other people. The people who are living there have not made 1 payment and are living for free! Can my friend send them a 30 day notice and get them out?

From your question, it appears that there are three "owners" of the property. If your friend "holds the note", who is obligated to pay on the note? Is there any other legally relevant document such as a deed of trust? It sounds to me as if your friend should consult with and possibly hire an attorney.
