Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Hello,
I was sued by a debt junk collector 7 months ago. They won by defauult judgement. I sent in notice to vacate default judgement. I was not summons they agreed plantiff agreed to set aside. Notice today they submitted notice of dismissal to court. Does this proably mean its over and cant enforce judgement.

Based upon what you posted, the judgment will likely be set aside by the judge. But, you should folliw up to make sure that happens.
