Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Hi,
I am trying to start my own business. This will be writing books, articles, making these available via a web-page, hiring a manager and online consultancy. I am trying to get EIN, but I am not sure what set-up this would be. Would it be limited liability company, or non-profit organization, or sole proprietor? Please let me know. Anyother related feed-back would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Neeti.

Any attorney will say this is not a question for which there is a simple, easy answer. The type of entity you form will depend on many factors. Consult with a business attorney in your area for specifics.
