Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
My husband and his cousin purchased a building on several lots. Both my husband and his cousin own the property equally but my husband opened a business inside the building which is only under his name. His cousin is now coming in and finishing auto jobs that he started and then pocketing the money. My husband is the one that pays the loan payment, although, both names are on the loan. What can be done regarding this situation legally or does he have the right?

There is a method known as a partition action that you could use to force the cousin to sell his interest in the property to you.
