Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Legal use of register corporate logos.
Is there a legal way to use a registered trademarked logo without getting consent from the corporation? I would like to use some popular company logo's in print. I would not be using them to defraud the company, and I would be willing to put a disclaimer on the printed piece saying that the logo belongs to the corporation which holds the rights to the logo.

Re: Legal use of register corporate logos.
Absent fair use, consent, or a non-commercial purpose - probably not. If you plan to use the TM's for a commercial entity, I cannot recommend highly enough that you spend the money to consult with an attorney for a couple hours. This is an area that you do not want to delve into without understanding the potential problems.
