Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I have an llc with a business partner. We own a dating company 50/50.
When we started the company we verbally agreed the business would not be used for personal reasons. We could not date the client under any circumstance.
He has started to use the business to get dates etc... This is making the company look bad and I would like to know if he can be taken or removed from the llc if he continues to use the business for personal gain. we are both managers on the llc 50/50

Who set up an LLC "50/50"? What does the operating agreement say?
The other attorney is right on point here. You need to consult the operating agreement to see if this issue is addressed. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
