Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
maintenance agreements
I have a maintenance agreement on an appliance, but they have just been giving me the run around for about a month. When is it considered breach of contract?

Re: maintenance agreements
It is difficult to say without knowing what the contract says. I would send them a certified letter telling them what you want done and giving them until a date certain (usually ten days) to do it. If they do not, then you probably have an action for breach of contract, but only if the action you want is something the contract says you can have.
You can probably sue in Small Claims Court if the amount at issue is less than $3000.
Good luck
