Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I make cornhole (bag) toss tables and sell them. However, I want to put sports logos on them, which are trademarked, is it illegal to do that and sell the tables to people?
Example, someone asks for a cornhole set of the St. Louis Cardinals. What is my legal parameter?

Each trademark owner will have their own level of tolerance. For example, MU allows one to sell five items without paying a royalty. MLBmay not allow you to sell one. You may be able to but authorized stickers, and place them on tables that you sell.
