Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
We have outstanding dues from a company located in Glendale, MO. We provide Medical Transcription services for the company and are located in India. The dues are outstanding over the past 10 months. The only way of communication is via email and they do not respond to emails now. Please advice on how do we retrieve the outstanding dues and if we can legally proceed.
