Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I paid for a car to be shipped overseas 2 months ago, the car is still in the states. I do not know where it is, and keep getting promises from the mediator.
and the company . What can I do legally?

Unless you contract prohibits it, you can sue the shipper for breach of the contract and possibly for conversion. Have an attorney in your area look at the documents of your case, to advise you further, before you decide what to do next. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
