Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Payroll
My wife is supposed to get paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. Her company will not use direct deposit, however the checks do not always come on the days they are supposed to, which causes us budget problems and occasionally some overdraft fees as we budget for the money on those days. Is there a case against this since they refuse to do direct depsoit as she was told she would be paid on those certain days

I doubt you'd have a case, and if you filed it, she'd probably lose her job. In these days of economic uncertainty, the last thing you want to do is step on the dragon's toes.
