Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I am in the process of starting an online coupon business for local bars and restaurants in Springfield Missouri and before i get too involved in it I would like to as first IF it is legal for me to sell "discounts" or "coupons" on beer, wine, and liquor on my website. If you could answer this questions for me please.

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the following. First, there's the issue of getting your customer's consent to the discounts. Second, check with your local Alcoholic Beverage Control Board as they will instantly know your state's policy on liquor discounts. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
