product liability and protection
I have a food product that several private business want to display and sell in their restuarants. What would be the proper steps to take to protect my recipe and and protect me. I have applied and received my patent from the Library of Congress.

Patents are not issued by the Library of Congress. They are issued by the Patent Office. You may have a copyright, but that will not protect you fully. You need to see an attorney specializing in intellectual property to help you with a patent application.
