Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I ran an S corporation for someone for 7 years. I was told if I ran it for them for 5 years that they would give me the business. I have paid the taxes on the business for two years. I was then locked out and he now has the 5 year deal with someone else. Is there anything l can do?

Based upon the few facts you provided, ut sounds like you might have a case for unjust enrichment, or for enforcement of the written agreement to Transfer the business in exchange for five years of service.
