Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I recently attended a homeowners meeting in my subdvision. The main concern was depeleted funds and delinquent association dues. I suggested doing fundraisers but was told because they are incorporated and don't have anywhere to allocated the money we would receive, that is not an option. Are you able to explain what this means?
