Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
How can I remove an LLC member who never fulfilled his capital contribution as per the operating agreement? I have fulfilled my contribution requirement and have had to contribute more money for working capital while he has taken a draw. I have not drawn any money from the company and will likely have to invest more. Is the operating agreement even valid if the initial requirements were never met?

An attorney would have to read the opeerating agreement and perhaps do some legal research in order to provide competent legal advice. I can say that the operating agreement should provide terms with the removal of a member of the LLC.
