Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
S corporations
I have a small S Corp that I own and use for eBay and small business dealings... I want to add my husband on since this is only in my name, and we do business together sometimes. What so I need to do to add him or transfer shares etc to make it legal for him to collect payment under the corp for things he does? Just amend the articles to add him and give him a role? I would like him to have 24% me 76% ... Thank you so much

Re: S corporations
I would need to review all of your corporate documents in order to provide professional advice as to how you may best accomplish your goals. It would be worth paying an attorney to make sure that everything is done properly. Otherwise, there is the possibility that the protection from personal liability you sought by incorporating in the first place may be lost. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation.
