Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Do I need a set of bylaws for a business corporation in the state of Missouri and if so, do I file them with the state or federal government or just keep them for the corporation? I have filed for a Sub-S designation.

You need a lot of things, but the first thing you need is an attorney to provide legal services, to educate you about the law, and to get and keep the corporation up and running legally. If you insist upon trying to do this yourself, obtaining piecemeal free advice online is not going to do the job. If you have incoprorated to protect yourself from potential liability or to gain some advantageous tax treatment, how are you going to feel when you don't achieve those goals due to not knowing what you are doing? Hire an attorney.
