Possibly, so more information is needed to answer this. Possible trademark infringement, depending on exactly HOW you use their name. Comparative advertising is legal here in America, but not in all countries where the website reaches. Is a false claim of association with the competitor made? That would pose problems under unfair competition laws. Give more details and the answer will have more details.
