Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
Didnt sign contract
My husband went to place of business to see if he could be approved for financing, never signed any paperwork, decided to not purchase the product, however we recieved bills in the mail for the product. How can they process any
thing without his signauture? The buisness said they jumped the gun and would take care of it, but i still dont think it was right.

Re: Didnt sign contract
Sometimes sales people put thing through without asking, hoping that once its a fait accompli, you won't say anything, and use the service. It's also a way to generate higher commission checks. If the company says they'll take care of it, and do, then you don't have a problem. If they don't, then contact the Attorney General's consumer fraud division and file a full report.
