Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
i have a small business and would like to run a raffle through my website. Is this legal to do? If not what type of contest is legal to hold where the consumer has to try to win, buy something up front?

You can hold a raffle, if you follow certain guidelines, But, if you are not a nonprofit corporation, you cannot require a purchase to participate or increase the chances of winning.
