small business
if you start a small business,and get a business license for that state can you do business with companys out of your state. like if you are going to provide a product that is done where your at and sent to others out of state

You may ship to companies out of state if you are selling inventory to them or they are reselling your products.
If you are actually engaged in the sale of goods in another state, then you may need to register as a foreign corporation and get any applicable business licenses.
