Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
my son is 10 he recently for the first time decided to live with his dad for the past 6 months. I will not sign over any rights to him .Dad wants full custody or something in writing saying he lives with him full time. What can I do

The above response is correct. But, since we are here now, I will add that you do not include enough information in your question. Were you married t the child's father when the child was born? Is there any court order concening the custody of the child? Why would you let a ten year old child decide which parent to live with? Maybe if you will provide sufficient information, an attorney may be able to provide a helpful response.
