can you take a store to court if they have accused you of stealing twice and made you empty out your pockets before they let you leave the store and the second time the customer requested the cops to be called and the employee refuesed

If the store personnel physcially kept you from leaving, then you may sue for false imprisonment. If, in your second example, the customer was the person accused of stealing, they shoudl ahve called the police themself. If the Store personnel spread untrue rumors about you or impune yrou character or harm yrou reputation, the person may sue the store and the personnel for defamation and probabley slander or libel.
