Being sued
I recieved papers in the mail saying I have to go to court because of credit card debt do I need an attorney, should I try to make a payment plan, or do nothing.

depending on several factors you may need a lawyer. call a lawyer that handles credit card matters in your area to discuss details of your situation. if you are near springfield you may wish to call us.
