unethnical conduct
At my job there is a woman who is the assistant to the CEO she frequently yelling at people in front of everyone and then discussing things about them with other employees isn't this against the law?

Bad manners is not against the law. If she creates a hostile work environment on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, gender or pregnancy, that might be against the law.
But in this country you are absolutely free to be a complete jerk without legal penalty.
And those of you who are upset by her have the right to complain about her, and barring any action on your complaint, to quit the job.
I wish there was a law against jerks. I have about 200 other lawyers in other cases that I'd have arrested tomorrow.
