Can Wireless Cell Phone Companies legally hold you to the early termination fees?

Any attorney will say a review of all facts, documents, etc. is required. Early termination fees are standard with my companies. If this provision is in your contract, and you signed it, there is not much you can do. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
