My work just had a lottery pool they stated that we had til friday to turn money in when i went o turn my money in they reused to let me in then they one the lottery 218 mllion split between 42 people

You may have a cause of action, if you can prove that there was an agreement. It will come down the facts of the conversations and documents. I suggest you consult directly with an attorney in your area. Take all the emails. Notes. Notices, etc.
