Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I'm writing a book and would like to quote a few lines from an email between my ex-husband and his girlfriend. They both died in a fatal motor cycle accident and I got the emails from his face book account, can I legally do this?

If the statements would not have been defamatory whiel he was alive, and you had authority to see taht portion of his facebook page, you will not likely accure any civil judgmetn form his heirs at law. But, if you are publisihng the book, the publisher shoudl verify the authority attribution before distributing the book.
Good luck
