Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
1]can the owner of a vehicle be charged with a crime for letting a non-drivers licensed person drive?2]If a person gets intoxicated in your home, then leaves and is in an accident; Can you be charged for allowing them to leave? 3] What can be done when a person files a false restraining order on you? Accusing you of several things and you have had absolutely no contact of any kind with this person for over 10 years? 4] I bought a trailer home, and asked my former landlord if I could move it to my old spot; He agreed. He also is allowing me to scrap out my old trailer before moving my new one on the site. An officer claimed that I had to contact the mayor and the committee and ask their permission first. This is in a rural town of less than 1000 people; Do I really have to ask for their permission. He could not tell me why I had to do this.
