Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
arrest w/o warrent/ transportation
If someone is arrested for supposedly violating a restraining order, but they have not yet pulled phone records to prove this happened, can they arrest them just by word of mouth? Also, is it legal for a male officer to, by himself, transport a female to a police station in a completely different town.

Yes and Yes. Testimony of the victim even without records is enough to have an arrest made.
Get to a lawyer right away. These cases can get very sticky and cost the defendant their freedom for a very long time.
Good Luck.
