Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I was arrested on a warrant illegally issued by a judge from his home, without a complaint in writting under oath. The prosecutor then filed a compalint after the issue of the warrant, and had the clerk lie and falsely file it on a Sunday, to match the illegal warrant. I was then held without being returned to the court for 72 days in a county jail, when I had the sheriff of that county go to the court to have the illegal documents reviewed and provide my release, the shreiff removed me from the jail due to "violation of state law reguarding my detention", I was then taken by the Sheriff of the arresting county to another county where I was held kidnapped for 70 days, when I threatened to call the attourney general, they took me to another jurisdiction to hold me and stole all of my mail to prevent me from reporting them. The judge(s) refused to hear any complaint of the crimes being committed, and the prosecutor admitted to filing false affidavits, false charges and a few hundred other felony crimes, The sheriff and his deputies have admitted they did not write the probable cause for the arrest and complaint, and have testified the prosecutor wrote them himself, no they are lying, and trying to hide the documents, as I was convicted when the same Sheriff went into the jury durring deliberations, and at the demand of the judge to tell the jury to find me guilty, in fact he even helped them with the sentence, I'm out of prison now, and the appelate court is to hear all of this, and make a rule on my illegal sentence, that was made, 56 days before the hearing for sentence, without council present. My question is should I file a USC 1983 civil action now for the false inprisonment in the four counties in two states, and the denial of liberty, or should I wait for missouri, like nebraska, to admitt the wrongdoing first? And also how much is being falsely inprisoned for a year worth in damages?

That is quite a set of facts.

No one can advise you properly about filing now or later without knowing the dates upon which the facts occurred.

I'd be happy to advise further at no charge if you would provide dates, names, documentation, etc.

Thanks.
