Re: auction/non payment
EBay has a process for buyers who do not buy,--rather than trying to force someone to buy something they no longer want, why not use EBay's process and then relist it? A buyer who bows out of a sale can receive a negative rating, which warns other sellers. Also put the buyer on your "can not bid" list. The faster you relist, the faster your object will be sold. Suing acccomplishes nothing and will cost more than the object is worth.
