There are few things that cannot be the basis of a civil suit. Filing and winning a well defended case are two different things. Filing a review under an Alias is wrong. But, how can they prove who posted it? As to the one in your real name, truth is a defense to slander or libel claims. The other issue for a plaintiff is proving damages. In order to collect more than a token judgment, the company would have to prove that the review caused them to lose revenue or reputation. That can be very hard. Few potential consumers will state ", I would have used your services, if it hadn't been for that bad review." Most threats to due for bad reviews are empty threats. You might hire an attorney to contact the company. Perhaps they'd prefer to fix what gavr you a bad impression of their goods or services.

Good luck
