was buying a car

i was buying a car from my sister and after numerous times of har telling me that i was done paying for it at the end of june she decided to come on the last friday i was to pay her and got the car and hasnt let me have it back and ive heard that she has sold it does she owe me the money i paid her there was no contract between us

It appears that yoru sister owes you for all the payments you can prove. Perhaps having attorney write a letter to your sister would get her to let you know if she sold it or not. Good luck
