Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
Car is going to be repossessed soon, but they are having problems locating the car I am a co-signer on the vehicle. They said that if they do not get the car they will press charges and I can go to jail. Is that true?

Unless you are hiding the collateral (the vehciel) there is zero chance that you will go to jail. If the party saying that you will, is collecting the debt for the creditor, they have violated your statutory rights. you may now seek damages from them for making such statements.
Good luck
