Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
Cell phone transcript privacy
In a divorce proceeding, would my husband be able to get transcripts of my cell phone conversations (i.e., find out who I talked to and what was said)? The cell phone account is in his name.

Re: Cell phone transcript privacy
He cannot get transcripts of conversations, as they are unlikely to exist. He can get a list of telephone numbers of those called and those who called in.
