can the city of lebanon missouri prosecuting attorney also be the laclede county prosecuting attorney

It is common for prosecutors to try cases in several jurisdictions. Unless there is a local ordinance that prevents this, I know of no statewide statute that prohibits it. Theoretically. There could be a conflict of interest. but neither the Missouri or US Constitution dues.
