Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
Hello my name is Dalton, I am 18 years old and in high school. I was just wondering about something that happened. Okay so I went to the office to check myself out because I had something I had to take care of. I got called into the office the next day and they gave me a warning the first time. I did it again because I had to do something. They gave me two eight hours for it. They told me that I have to have my moms permission still even though I am 18 years old. They also said that I can get emancipation to be my own adult, but I don't really want to do this. What else could I do? To be able to check myself out.
