Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
Dating and love limits
Are there any laws or regulations saying a person over the age of 18 can date, see, and do non-sexual (besides possible kissing, or hand holding) acts with another person of the opposite sex that is underage (under the age of 18) but is a teenager (ages 13 through 17)?

Find someone your own age is my first comment.
Second, there ARE laws against statutory rape, and you'd better go down to the public library and check to see what those are before doing anything further.
