Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

disparity in pay among employees

Hyatt opens a Hotel in a Pacific rim country. They have three managers at the facility. Manager A is a male American citizen. Manager B is a female American citizen. Manager C is a female who is a citizen of only the host country. Manager C works the 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. shift. Manager A works 4 p.m. - midnight. Manager B works midnight - 8 a.m.. All three managers have the same powers and duties. Their annual salary is A-$50,000; B-$45,000; C-$38,000. Managers A and B have the same length of service with the company, which is 2 years more than C. There are 150 employees total at this facility. What rights do B and C have to challenge this disparity in pay? What will they have to prove and what laws would govern this claim?

Re: disparity in pay among employees

It appears that the laws of the host country would apply as to manager C. As to Manger B, there may be an application of American Law, if they were interviewed or hired in the US.

Good Luck
